Gin Zheng

Gin is the Founder, Partner, and CEO of Muyan Capital, boasting a decade of experience in private placement within the technology sector. Prior to founding Muyan, Gin held prominent roles at Taihe Capital, where he led private equity financing in technology. Before his career at Taihe, Gin amassed significant expertise providing professional services across various industries, including facilitating private placements for enterprise services companies and offering management and strategic consulting services to clients in automotive, telecommunications, and other sectors. Gin holds a Master of Business Administration from National Chengchi University in Taiwan and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Sun Yat-sen University.

Arthur Li

Arthur is the co-founder of Muyan Capital, where he currently holds the positions of Partner and COO. Prior to this, he was a member of J.P. Morgan's Investment Banking division, focusing on corporate financing for the clients in Greater China. Arthur’s professional journey began at China Securities, where he served as Director in the Investment Banking Department, specializing in A-share ECM, DCM, and M&A transactions. Arthur earned a Bachelor of Finance from Renmin University of China, followed by a Master of Finance from Illinois Institute of Technology. He also holds a Certificate in Financial Decision Making from The University of Chicago. Additionally, Arthur serves on the board of the Renmin University Alumni Association in Shanghai.

Shichao Liang

Shichao co-founded Muyan Capital in 2023 and presently serves as a Partner. Before the establishment of Muyan Capital, he held a position in the strategic department of ByteDance, where he was responsible for conducting strategic research pertaining to enterprise services. Preceding his career at ByteDance, Shichao worked at Taihe Capital, specializing in delivering corporate financing services tailored to the technology sector. Shichao holds an Honours Bachelor's degree in Econometrics from Monash University, Australia, and a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Rochester.
